Click here to see the track I rollerbladed as my warm-up before crossfit. It was my "short route," a quick jaunt I take that goes from one resting station to another and back. Going to the resting station is all uphill, so if you check my speed you'll see it's a lot faster on the way back.
Then the WOD at Crossfit:
5 minutes of rowing, for distance
2 minute rest
5 minutes of push press, for sets
2 minute rest
5 minutes of kettleball swings, for sets
Like an idiot, I didn't write my numbers down. I got around 1,150 meters for rowing, around 70 each of the push press and the kettleball swings. Which, compared to everyone else, wasn't superior by any means. However, nobody else did 6.5 miles of rollerblading before starting.
