This is today's WOD. Instead of running, I did 400m, 400m, and 500m of rowing. And my deadlift high pull was 65 lbs.

I did this in 14:23.



PVC O.H.Sq - Overhead squat while holding PVC pipe
KBS - Kettle Ball Swings
SDHP - Sumo Deadlift High Pull
