Have a great Thanksgiving Kepharts! I can't believe it's already been a year since I saw you in Seattle Joe. I was really hoping that we could come out again this Thanksgiving but...well, you know, life changed that plan---well, at least until spring time.
I hope your SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) grey rainy days...don't get you down too much. Just think of it as time to not be distracted by sunny weather? You can just ((hunker down)) in your studio and really work on your art without being distracted.
You know? I have heard that some people that live in areas where it's grey and gloomy a lot buy sun lamps (to sit under a little each day) I think that's suppose to make you feel better emotionally.
Well, I just saw online someone else suggested the same thing. (see below)
"If the weather is contributing to your gloominess, you might want to try a sun lamp (someone I know has one that she uses for about 30 minutes each morning; she has it sitting on her desk and simply turns it on while she's checking her email)."
Anyway, I'm thinking about you and your family, and I hope ypu have a really nice Thanksgiving. Thank you for being such a close friend that I can't count on thru thick and thin. Love ya, Lo**
