It always pays to read the nutritional labels on all packaged foods you buy, so while Pana Chocolate is made with good fats and oils, at 5 grams of fat per serving, this is still an indulgent treat. I'll admit that it's incredibly hard to stop at one tiny square, especially when I'm forced to watch Ken demolish an entire block in one mouthful.
