I love the weekends.
Excluding the 1000 steps hike that Ken and I do every Saturday and Sunday, I love the weekends.
I get to sleep in after 6:30am.
I get to wear clothes that aren't black or white or blue or shirts or pencil skirts.
I get to eat breakfast and lunch at the same time.
I get to read the newspaper from cover to cover.
And sometimes I even get pie after I do the 1000 steps.
Most of the time though, I just lie in bed and nap my entire weekend away. Nothing is more perfect for napping in than
Hopeless Lingerie pieces. Almost too pretty to sleep in, but so, so comfy.
Hopeless Lingerie was founded by a lovely Melbournian called Gaby, who designs and hand-makes each piece from scratch. I had the pleasure of meeting Gaby at the
Lady Petrova Prom last year. Although I didn't actually know it at the time. She turned up wearing the same dress as Lisa and I. On Facebook there's an awkward photo of the three of us, in our little red dresses, forever immortalised on the internet.
She's currently editing her new collection and it's taking all my willpower to not pester her for hints. In the meantime I'll just have to be content with stalking all her previous collections.
To get you started on your very own collection of Hopeless Lingerie pieces, Gaby is currently having a
little give-away to celebrate four grand years of business. Click the link to comment, tweet, share and blog your way to $200 worth of freebies!
