Panic ensues..

I wish someone had told me that chickens moult. I woke up today to find the entire chicken coop full of feathers and my poor Cutiepies looking rather patchy and just generally not pretty at all. Obviously panic ensued and visions of dead chickens came into my head, but thank God for Google.

It's a relief to know my chickens aren't dying, but they look so miserable that I am dreading having to see them with bald patches.
