Everything, it felt so right..
As loud and as annoying as they can get, meeting up with all my curry gang friends yesterday reminded me of old times at school. I also caught up with Suzie (who lately hit me with a stick at the park), Alvin (my taxi driver -- thankyou!!) and Lisa, who gave me my new wallet (yay) and with whom I spent a good 10 minutes popping some bubble wrap. That was good until someone stole it off me, coughcough.
After watching Deja Vu (yeh, it's an alright movie -- too much running around and not enough real plot), we went for a good old prowl. I have to admit, it SUCKED majorly in the beginning because it was cold, wet and drizzling. But hey, it was worth it to see Leigh and Zacard again and somehow alcohol makes even cold, wet nights seem fun.
But then again, I'm in no way saying everyone should just go out drinking. Very very bad idea. Especially when you come so close to screwing things up with your best friend and having to start all over again. I'm a very lucky person.
On another note, all my fellow Class of '06ers, did you know that Kumar made it into Premier cricket. Yes, wow indeed. And he's an opener too (Michael Clarke wants to open for Australia one day too, just a bit of fangirl information you should know :P) Well you can read the rest of the article (yes, ARTICLE) here. So that makes four 99.95s, eight to-be doctors, two dentists, a couple of lawyers, some pro aerospace, mechanical and chemical engineers and a trillion commerce people plus, now, a cricketer! I'm thinking we're possibly the best year to come out of Glennie.
Also, before I leave, photos of Daniel Radcliffe in his new production, Equus, have just been released. Incase you haven't heard he is apparently naked in some of these scenes. Yes, NAKED, HARRY POTTER NAKED. Don't worry, the photos dont show anything (gladly) but I still feel like some sort of pervert looking at them. But I have to say, he looks very manly with his stubble and those of abs. You can see the photos here, but be warned, you will never see Harry Potter the same way again.
