Oh yeah I still exist!
So it turns out that every time I even remotely SAY I have plans to update this thing. I don't. I don't even know why I bother to say I will because I just end up disappointing myself...lol
Let's see what's new with me. Well I'm getting married on Saturday and I seriously can't believe I just typed that. Next week I'll be stunned because I'll be saying I AM married...so bizarre...good but bizarre.
I got my hair cut and dyed yesterday and I really like it. It's a simple cut but it's definitely shorter and healthier, it's also a titch darker but I like it, so there. :) I'm getting my nails done on Saturday so that'll be fun and then boom it's civil ceremony time. Now since I don't think I've update ya'll on how it's going here's how I'm getting married, try to keep up it gets confusing. lol
First ceremony:
March 24, consists of me, groom, our pastor and his wife and then a couple we are close with as witnesses. That's it for the 24th...we're going to a nice hotel that night for the wedding night, then it's back to work on the following Monday. Oh and PS I'm wearing a red dress to this one...fun!
May 26, consists mostly of his family and a sprinkle of mine. My mom will be there. It'll be the first time I wear my actual wedding dress...we'll have another ceremony (without the legal papers to sign) and then a reception with a program and a dance.
July (insert date here haven't figure it out yet), consisting mostly of my family and a sprinkle of his. In Ontario in a friend's backyard. I'm busting out the wedding dress again (YAY I get to wear it twice!) and then we'll have another ceremony where my father will walk me down the aisle. Another program (smaller) and another dance. Oh yeah we get to party again!
We are going to sent out invites for the May 26th one so that if anyone wants to get us gifts they can for that day. We're registered at The Bay and Home Outfitters...it's good stuff...can be done online and everything.
Oh another date to squeeze in there...April 16th (that week) we are moving into our new apartment (I have to move into his this weekend in the interim).
Yikes...SO many dates...in the end March 24th will be our anniversary so hopefully next year won't be a frenetic.
Okay gotta go back to the work thing...hope ya'll are doin' fine! I still read all my friend's posts even if I don't update all that often. *hugs to all*
