OK, Marsha, here's how it works.
The first line is five syllables long, the second line is 7 syllables and the third line is 5 syllables again. But maybe you were changing the syllable count as part of the "hack" process?

I'm sick - I can't count syllables with a head cold. The pressure, the pressure....

welllll I do need some things...

analgesic lotion
green cream
lavender oil
patchouli or vetiver (sp)oil
a couple of your wonderful candles
