but of course : ) I make amazing garlicy salad dressing with it, but often I'll eat it before it ends up in the dressing and I have to grate more.

That's something I'm going to have to be able to sample, you know. And I'll make you some sort of good food, too. *gasps* we can have a potluck! Emily and Jessica can make something, too!
