Happy New Year
I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year. And may it be better than 2011.
The good news is, my brother bought a house in December, and we're moved in and getting settled. It's twice the size of our old apartment, and finding places for everything is going to take time. But I now have not only a bedroom, but a computer room/study of my own. And so does Richard. His study is 20' by 30'. It was built by the previous owner to house a pool table and be a game room.
We know this because, it turns out the house originally belonged to my Dad's cousin. Her children sold the house after her death, to a flipper. He remodeled it and our realtor found it and thought it would be perfect for us. And we agreed.
