Day 45 & I love adobe illustrator!
I was out of office today for an external training, adobe illustrator. It was such an interesting mix of students in class! There was a aunty who was helping this china boy who can't speak English but I think he understood some. The teacher is an Indian who can't speak Chinese yet the guy seemed to know what she was saying. Then we have two Malay guys, one is chef and one I can't rem but he said he wants to make sticker after this course. Oh, he added that he wants to make money! Lol. Guessed that's something that some of us hoped to do so.
Then there were 3 people from Ngee Ann poly! Then the funny thing was we were supposed to share some fun thing about ourselves and they said they don't have time or don't do fun things! Yikes! Anyway, one said he's here to learn and prepare teaching materials, the other one is graphic designer and last one prepares marketing collaterals.
Then there was a girl who was not bad and she said that her boss wants to retain her so sent her for training. Then one random guy who is here to learn.
The teacher's parents are from India but came here many years ago. She studied in LA abs worked there for 8 years in fashion industry before coming back here. Interesting!
I enjoyed the class and perhaps I will sign up for level 2 next year when I have the budget! Hee. Plus it's so near home!! :p
Time for bed coz I'm tired!
