Ugh Bosses SUCK
My boss is a BITCH!
I had to leave early today so I could go and get a car. So I clocked out at 12, when I was clocking out I let Ms. Carmen know that I was leaving and jokingly she was like, "Where are you going", so I laughed and she said let me go tell Ms. JoEllen (My boss). She comes back and didn't tell me to wait for her to speak with her, so I thought it was one of those ok go things. I even said bye to her and she didn't stop me.
So I get a call from one of my co-counselors, and she says Ms. JoEllen is looking for me.
I call her back and she Bitched me out.
Saying that Ms. Carmen asked where I was going and I laughed at her... Of course I did I thought she was joking. She didn't reask and say "Can I know" and what not.
"Then she was like, you work for me, you don't make your own hours, you work when your supposed to. Im tired of this you don't have to come back for the rest of the summer."
...ok this is the first time I accidently didn't tell ahead of time I was leaving for the day. That was my fault.
Im pissed how other counselors stroll in 1-1.5 hours after theyre supposed to start work and never get reprimanded...and they do it EVERY DAY.
Or how other counselors clock out as they please or take 3 hour breaks and never get anything said to them.
ugh, I hate being yelled at... I understand bosses have to be strict, but I mean, she was just a bit harsh and rude.
....Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE is excited she is going on vacation.
She's just a bitch.. I wonder if she knows it?
:(... That totally ruined my day. Im scared to go back into work tomorrow.
