ive been working regularly again carried around 600 or so pounds up a ladder over a 30 minute or less time period today no fun and its hot out and sucks both my arms are fucked but its kinda amusing ive gotten into a fight at work two out of two days this week makes the time go by faster and apparetnly when you wave a crowbar out a dumptruck window and yell im gonna bust your fuckin windshield people from new jersey stop talking shit and speed off so if your ever in that situation...
