Foster Care
Live journal has made a lot of changes in the past several months and I can't really seem to navigate as well as I used to. I can only read most current posts on my friends page, which happen to be 2 or 3 weeks worth of Sunday Post Secrets.
In December I moved into a two bedroom house and started the process of becoming a certified foster parent. Tomorrow a social worker will come do a home study which means she will check my house for hazards and make sure smoke detectors etc are in working order.
At work I'm worried about being under enrolled. I have four open positions and I need to fill them before it is decided that I'm providing a service that isn't needed/wanted in this area. I was in the office all last week because all 8 of my families canceled. I guess I should have a plan in place just in case I do lose my job.
