Middle of 1st Week of School
OK for those who remember how horrible last year was for my little man - I shall share (knock on wood) how much better things are so far thise year...
Day 1 - My little man got up all excited w/o any extra prodding. When asked how the day went he said fine, but all they did was have lunch and do some work. (lol)
Day 2 - Little harder to get rolling in the morning but he was quite excited that he came home with a prize!!! Also some child in his class fell and he told me he helped him get up so I told him that was nice of him to be helpful and gave him a high five and hug. Also had his first day of music class and said he thought he was going to like it.
Day 3 - Told me he couldn't get out of bed...I laughed and said I feel that way every morning and assured him he could certainly get up!!! Well he had another prize for having a great day (no cautions (yellow) or trouble (red) he stayed on green ALL DAY!!! Whopee!!! (With yellow he is monitored by special teacher and if red he is removed to special class) He had homework this evening in writing and sat right down and got started on it...
So excited that he is doing better!!! Gives God all the praises and glory!!! Yes prayers are being answered!!!
Well off for a while (he gets computer time as a reward during school year)
