Might Not be On Much
Well my Aunt died and my dad showed up unexpected so I am off to clean the house while he is away visiting and then I shall be doing some entertaining so I might not be on much tonight.
He did finally bring me info on the House Insurance which I need to get the equity loan so I can buy the house from him. And he is going to get deed transfer papers from the lawyer tomorrow. So I should be on my way soon to owning my own home....
Once that is done I can start packing up some of my mother's things and making this "my house"...It has been almost 3 years since she died and he hasn't wanted me to change anything...It has been more like I am house sitting for him long term than this being my home....
Oh cool once it is my house and not his...I can make some of my own rules (rofl)...I really am not one for many rules though or too much structure...more of a free spirit!!!
