Time for another amusing story featuring my boyfriend.
He works at the Prudential Center in downtown Boston. While he's on his way to work I get a text from him that says "I just saw Pikachu." Now, he's kind of a weird guy known for cryptic messages, so I'm not sure what to think. Ten minutes later, another text: "another one." I text him back, asking "Why?"
The next thing he tells me is that Mello and Near were eating at the food court, and I figured it out finally. ANIME BOSTON. It was like right there where he worked . The subway, the food court, everything was full of cosplayers. He was, needless to say, overwhelmed. XD
I should have gone. Maybe next year. I've actually never been to a convention, and never cosplayed. Now as far as Matt is concerned, this is a good thing, but it made me really want to check it out.
Okay um also: NARUTO number whatever it was: SPOILERS in cut
OMG they bonded over Jiraiya's book! Why am I such a sucker for this stuff? The latest convert to Uzumakianity is Leader-sama. Or at least, so it would seem. Naruto definitely added him to his flist at any rate. Oh Naru-chan, you're the cutest messiah ever~
