Except for the tongue-part (not your fault, it was well-written, it's just that Oro-kun's tongue creeps me out, always has and always will), it was incredible. Disturbing, as well as disturbingly hot.

I love it all, from the beginning of the struggle (and how it remains a struggle - at least in Sasuke's thoughts) until The next time it happened, he knew, he would break even faster. Oro's tongue creeps EVERYBODY out, myself included. ^_^; I hesitated as to whether to go that far or not, but I did, because otherwise I felt the fic lost a lot of its punch. The squick factor reminds us of what the stakes are for Sasuke. Otherwise, Sasuke fapping is something we could all happily sit back and watch, regardless of how he felt about it. XD
