Walking the streets of Baltimore...

I'm in Balitmore MD!
Shortest plane flight i have ever taken. I was in the air for what felt like 10 minutes and then it was time for our deccent. I was a little disapointed, I love flying.
My mom picks me up and then we proceed to get lost. She took the wrong bridge back to the city so we ended up on this little island near the atlantic. I had two rum and cokes with my lunch there. We then made it back to the city and she showed me the houses she bought to fix up and resell. I thought Holyoke was bad. Holy shit this place is scary. There are cameras on street lights on a lot of the streets and trees growing through the roof and windows of houses right next to occupied houses. Some of the row houses have no ceilings left and you can see daylight. Its a very different kind of city from anything I am used too.
After I was scared out of my mind from my mothers driving, we stopped at her aprt where I had a beer and then we went to a bar at the Tremont Hotel. I had two more drinks there, a french kiss martini and a rum and coke(on the house) Met my mothers friends and was tormented with the comment that all children hate to hear, "you look just like your mother!" Wonderful.
Next stop was a place called On the dock, or something like that, where we got steamed crabs. Now crabs are a big thing down here. I kept catching bits of conversation all over the place about crabs this and crabs that. They put brown paper down on the table and dump the crabs out on the paper and you get to smash them with a little wooden mallet. It was more work than eating lobster, with far more mess. Pieces of crab were flying everywhere! And I had yet another drink.
I'm not sure I'll be able to last another day and a half with my mother, I might explode or die from alcohol poisoning.
Today I am going to the Baltimore Aquarium which should be really cool. And then we are going back to the bar at the Tremont.
