So tomorrow I pick up the boa in Brattleboro. I can't wait to take her home with me! Home isa term used loosly right now as I am in the process of moving back to Royalston asap. I haven't moved anything yet but starting next week there will be a huge packing up. I think i'll take all the pets with me for now and stick them in the basement where its the warmest.
I got a job yesterday! dropped off my application for the Turtle ROck rescue up in Fitzwilliam and it turned into an interview and I start on sunday. So back to working with horses! I was going through withdrawls, I was even dreaming about horses. I really need one of my own.
But that will have to wait till the barn as been changed around. The stalls are smaller than most because they were used for Morgans. Im going to widen the two stalls at the ends of the barn, shrinking the one in the middle. Plus I have to replace all the fencing and put up some new gates. Theres going to be a lot of work going on in the woods. the House has priority of course so all my barn plans are going to wait for a year or two. Things are going to be rough for a while but i think we will manage. If anyone would like to help in the moving process I would love to have you. email or phone.
