Sample:

Postcard (made yellower with Color Balance), paper clip, and card by joyfulsong; Victorian rose image from Antique Clipart.

On this image, there are three brushes from this pack:

1. The faded light brown line/flowers decoration on the bottom edge of the postcard - that's #33 of this pack, stamped on a new layer and set to Overlay, 100%, on top of the postcard layer.
2. The decorative line below the words "Think of me" - that's brush #23, stamped on a new layer, resized with the Deform tool, with layer set to Normal, 80% opacity.
3. The teacup drawing on the postcard - brush #68, stamped on a new layer at Normal, 60%, erased slightly with a fuzzy brush at 50% opacity.

A tip for writing aged text, like on this postcard: not only tone down the layer opacity to around 80% and also erase irregularly with a fuzzy or grungy brush set at 50% opacity. That'll make it look a little more realistic and less sharp and digital.
