(no subject)
So, I have this thing where I let iChat show my current iTunes track, which is mostly fine, except then sometimes Madonna's "What It Feels Like For A Girl" comes on, or, you know, any of my other less awesome music choices, and then I think, "Oh god, I'm broadcasting my horrible taste in music TO THE WORLD." I've always wondered who all can see that tagline.
...which is all by way of saying that Lisa Loeb's "Stay" just finished gracing my speakers. I can never hear that song without ALSO hearing the male chorus's parody of it, which starts out:
"You say/I'm hung like a hamster"
and then manages to include the immortal words:
"you don't understand my penile flair."
I ripped this off a BOCA best of college a cappella recordings CD from, I don't know, 1999 or 2000, that I borrowed from my old roommate who has now moved out of state. Sadly, I burned it on my old computer using WMP, which means that I can't get on it from my new computer. If anyone has this song in a shareable form, I would fucking ADORE you. ADORE adore.
