If I could travel back in time, I would go back 10 years to confiscate the glue stick from whomever the secretary at this office was at that time. She pasted the patients' Registration Records into the chart. This is making it very difficult for me to remove said pages today.

Can I just attempt cramming the entire chart into our non-industrial size shredder?!  >
