yes, but it was work-related, so i'm not sure if that counts. the only artist where i was "starstruck" of sorts was johnny cash, though. first because i'm a huge fan, and second because that man had an incredible presence.

if you work with artists, you don't really see them as "stars".

Snow here now, and white-out with freezing fog too, but I need to get showered, dressed and out to buy cat food and cat litter. :-D

i recommend you for your bravery, exposing you to the untamed forces of nature. it's for a noble cause, though. i told *my* cats they can put on their wellies and hats and go shopping themselves if they don't like the current menu, because *I* will definitely not go out anymore this weekend!

by now the lousy weather must have reached you as well. we have storms here, rain and sleet and heavy gusts of wind. i'm so glad i have this week off, it's perfect weather to stay inside and read a book. :)

At least the south has come under the storm attack. The north is still fairly quiet. Yesterday was again lovely blue skies and whisps of white clouds.

Give you joy of reading and a nice hot drink.:D

yes, and it was definitely the highlight of my work in music business. it was back in 1996 or 97 (if i remember correctly), and it was his last tour in europe, i think (gah, my memory!) he was already very sick, we had oxygene tanks behind the stage and he looked really not well, but the moment he stood on stage, you didn't notice anything of illness. he was absolutely fantastic, and a fascinating person to meet. i never cared much for the "stars", but in his case, i can really say that it was something i'll never forget.

BTW< I met a guy today that was the image of Andrew Buchan - but he ruined it by sounding like Bob Geldof in the 80s :-P
