What are *you* doing in the Daily Fail?!
I usually don't get mails linking to the Daily Fail (or Daily Heil) with the comment "you MUST have a look at that!" If you've read one article in that rag, you don't have to read the rest. Everything is always the fault of immigrants (they don't work and leech benefits) and single mothers (they don't work and leech benefits); the Muslims are taking over (while not working and leeching benefits) and the communists are sitting in their £ 420'000 homes and wait for a revolution (I assume while not working and leeching benefits).
In-between, you get stories about women being too thin, women being too big, women not dressing properly, women dressing too posh and poor oppressed fundie Christians who are not allowed by the meanies in the government to oppress the GLBT community. It's funny if you look at it as a parody, but unfortunately, it's not. At least the comments section of the Fail has proved to be a treasure trove of inspiration for writing unpleasant characters.
Anyway, I followed the link and
laughed. Loud.
That's just about the last person I'd ever expected to see in that rag! :-D
When I got to the part where it says that Orlando Bloom was rumoured to play the part in a possible movie, I lost it.
Ok, ok, this is probably only funny for a small number of people (two or three), but it's still more interesting than the 98020th article on the Royal Wedding...
