I thought that the stupidity of twilightified covers, sparklewiener and twatlight couldn't be topped.

Funny stupid is my favourite stupid. It doesn't depress me and it's even sort of cute.

(Those damned movie makers - next thing you know, they'll say vampires can be killed by driving a stake through their hearts! Ignorants! :-P)

My 11 year old niece tried to read it and hated it so much she took it back that day. Not even a child with decent access to better writing (like Goosebumps, in her case) can tolerate it.

Last year I was miffed at that movie. We'd been to Greenwich (The Old Naval... where else) was blocked off nearly solid because they were shooting the movie there...*grumbles*

What a disappointment! :-( Did you have a chance to see it some later date? I know a lot of filming goes on there, as it's such a beautiful location. But darn the timing...

It is a beautiful location and thank goodness I have been there several times. Even the bears have visited and sat on the table large dining table at the head of the Painted Hall.

I am always miffed when I do not get my way. ;D
