Let me introduce you to our new good friend, William Garrow (Andrew Buchan). No matter what your feelings about lawyers might be, I can only recommend that you'll invite him into your homes on Sunday evenings.

I hope the series will come out fast on DVD. It does sound wonderful and just what I need when the evenings get longer.

I loved last pic of your post...yes I am that shallow!

It's available for download on iTunes UK and made it into the top 50! So I think the DVD won't be too far away; just remember how quick the one for "Taking the Flak" came out. I guess that's the best way to "outspeed" pirates.

Rather dashing, isn't he! In 18th century clothes, that is... ah, me and my fancies!

I've just pre-ordered the series on amazon.uk.

I think Garrow looks much like young Russell Crowe.

Maybe, but I feel some of his stances are much like a certain young lieutenant
*is thinking of Lt John Aubrey*

Hehehe - well, in any case we won't have problems finding the perfect cast for possible future movies! :-D

...or TV series. *g*

Btw, I know there is a book out on the historic Garrow. Have you read it?

We can always hope! :-D

Somebody posted a link to the book on my WP blog. I made a note, but I'm having such a backlog with reading material here, Garrow's biography will very likely have to wait for a long while. Finishing my novel comes first (though I'm very tempted, as you can imagine!)

And those terrible, terrible RNOTC/GL crossover plotbunnies...!
