A Fresh Start
This is actually my second LJ profile on here, the first got lost with the annals of time along with my original username and password...
I'm back now though, with quite a break in between mind; hopefully I can do a bit more with this profile than the last one too. I think what puf me off last time was the lack of comments I didn't receive instantly but I was young and naive then, this time I know to expect no feedback at all! :p
To say this is difficult is a bit of an understatement, I'm here for one reason at the moment really and that's to start a good, reliable Asian music community on here. Right now I don't really know of anyone on LJ but hopefully a quick scour of websites I frequent can change that. Either way I'm using this page more as a starting point for myself and to be honest I'm not sure how much use it will get if I can manage to get a community up and running. Those who have similar things set up here or elsewhere are welcome to give me any advice or ideas they might have as I'll be more than grateful, I can use all the help I can get, no doubt.
Those wanting to join a similar project are also welcome to ask about getting involved, I know, I know, not too appealing of an idea right now, setting up a community with a member who's been around for just one day. In my defence I have been around the Asian music community and especially JPop communities for quite some time now and sort of like to think I have some idea what I'm talking about. If this starts as a little mess about and nothing professional then things will be going as I hoped, better in fact since it might actually take off. If anyone has some spare time they'd like to devote to this then let me know and I'll see what we can mix up together! :)
