This week had its ups and downs in terms of how much we did and Z's frustration levels. The weekend was packed full of fun stuff: the Dunwoody Nature Center held a butterfly festival on Saturday, and we had a blast. Off to a qualified auspicious start. Monday we met another family, friends from preschool, at the Atlanta History Center for their homeschool open house day. They do these once a month, with various themes, in addition to their monthly family Saturday programs, so I ponied up for the family membership. The charter school up the street from us was having a "fall festival" today, and I decided to stroll up there with Z and check it out.
