Height: Fairly short! I'm going to say 5'2 or so because I can
Eyes: ...Do the books ever say? I'm pretty sure they don't. According to Josh Kidby the guy who draws all the Discworld portraits, her eyes are brown.
Hair: White, short, curly, and probably mostly contained under her witch hat.
Medical Info: Old, fat, has only one tooth left, but is nonetheless surprisingly healthy!
Physical traits: Unless you're in her cabin with her she's probably wearing her witches hat.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything! Very little ruffles Nanny. Piss her off and you'll probably regret it though.
Notes for the Psychics: Is mostly exactly what she appears to be. Unless when she gets nasty. Might have more layers of thoughts than most people but generally isn't concealing much except other people's secrets that you pick up from being a practicing witch(/healer/midwife/neutral arbiter) for most your wife.
Abilities: Is a damn good witch. Unfortunately she doesn't actually do much magic so it's hard to say what she can actually do, but uh she and Esme once moved the entire kingdom forward 15 years so. It was mostly Esme doing the magic, but idk. She's more likely to resort to giving you some of her special home made scumble, most alcoholic drink man has survived drinking than magic.
Also is the world's best midwife. Possibly throughout history, judging by the fact that Time chose her as the midwife. I doubt that'll come up often though!

Kissing/Hugging: A-okay! Well, normally. And if you're an attractive young man I don't guarantee that Nanny won't pinch your ass.
Fighting: I'm going to go with a talk with me first? Nanny doesn't fight much, since Granny's the one who gets into all the dramatic showdowns, and her style of magic is hard to peg down.
Maim/Murder/Death: I'm gonna go with a no here.
Cooking: Is quite good at cooking! As long as someone else does the boring bits like the chopping and the cleaning.
