(no subject)
Damn if I'm not wide awake! My student loan went though (finally) and my books are bought - I am ready to go back to school! It's kinda nice having Leon working on campus - I get to take care of school related paperwork and other misc. junk and as a bonus have lunch with my boy. He's so cute lately! We've been taking care of each other - I got sick and he sits on the floor by my bed until I fall asleep; he gets sick I clean his room from top to bottom and force him to go to the doctors office. Okay, while my part doesn't sound quite as romantic (and partly because it wasn't - no wonder the boy was sick, his room was trashed) he still praised my glory and promised a nice dinner for two. :)
Today was crazy at work but everything that happened at home makes it so worth while. First (as I already mentioned) my student loan went through. Wayne State has this terrible habit of waiting until the last minute for everything. I wanted to put money towards tuition the day I registered for classes! Second I FINALLY sold one of my textbooks online. I would hate to throw them out and they really serve no purpose as a reference because they're outdated, so I guess $2 is better than giving it away to good will. Third, I have the day off work tomorrow. My only plans consist of sleeping in late, going to the bank, paying off the $700 remainder on my tuition and maybe going to the Y to work out or go out and buy some fun back to school clothes. Well if you have any better suggestions ...
