Okay so school year over (finally) and I think I've packed on quite a freshman 15 as they call it. So I'm on a mission to lose weight! And I'm going to do it by eating!
Not paradoxical at all. I'm just going to eat a bit healthier but not sacrifice flavor (ugh, I think all TV "chefs" have just ruined that word for me). Not like steamed veggies or anything, no extremes. Just nice balanced meal, and some exercise (uh, maybe) so the long pain in the ass way but at least I won't be dead from some shady drugs or botched liposuction.
Anyways, I made a tuna avocado sandwich
