Oh Wow...
Apparently my instructor for banquet class was on seasons 1 and 2 on Restaurant Makeover. And for non Food Network watching, non-Canadians, Restaurant Makeover is a show where there's a failing restaurant and then they have an interior designer revamp the place and they have a chef tear apart the menu and hijack it lol. But he hated it, I don't know why I came into class just in time for that one part. But then he's listed on the wikipedia page. I think that's kinda cool.
