about my wonderful weekend....

So my weekend was good.....it didn't start off too well though. I hah planned on leaving work "sick" on Thursday so I could go home and pack and get some sleep. Well I really did feel horrible at work after lunch break...so at 9:15 I asked if I could leave at 9:55, she told me yes. I was having cold flashes, and I had a super bad headache. So on the way home I blasted the heat in my car....and then I was super hot the rest of the night. But my headache never did go away.....until the morning that is...I woke up with a little bit of it but I ate and everything was good. I packed up and headed out...went to the bank..got gas...and left Winona at 11am. Steffie and I texted each other during the whole trip, I'd update her on where I was...and she kept telling me I was fast. LOL. I got there...we unpacked my car....talked....and she ended up having to go to work at 4, but then she came back up around 5:30 and we ate Shelleys...it was yummy. Then she went back to work for an hour...in that time I saw around and watched "Twitches" on the Disney channel. We sat arond for awhile longer....and Michelle called to find out what we had planned....so we got ready to go out to the bars. We walked over to Michelle and Adrienne's apt, in the time seeing a fender bender and killing our poor feet. We got to play with their kitties, and see Adrienne's bunny. Then we talked them into going to the bars with us. We started at Fatty's, where Steffie and I wanted Sex on the Beach, and the bartender was stupid or something and it came looking like coke....so we sent it back and Steffie got a Fuzzy Navel and I got a Kamakazie. Then I switched to Fuzzy Navels....and my last drink..I put the $5 on the table and the waitress gave me my change but never took the $5!!! So I waited to see if she'd come back for it, and she didn't so I took it back. We went out to the tent, and all got free airbrushed tattoos. Then we headed onto Molly's, where there was a ton more people. We stood around for a bit, then I had to make everyone go inside cuz I was cold...so then we sat around, until they kicked everyone out around 1:45am. At which time Steffie and I left Adrienne and Michelle and went back to her place. We stayed up for awhile....and headed to bed. We got a little bit of a later start than we wanted on Sat, but once we got up and going we headed to Verizon so I could get a new pretty phone...which I did!!! YAY!!! Then we went over to Target so I could see if they had my frame....but to no avail once again. Then Steffie wanted to check out Fashion Bug...where I found fun stuff for her to buy..lol. Then we got food and went back to her room so we could eat and head off to the football game. The game was lots of fun....we had drunken people falling down the bleachers all around us...scary but funny. We had another drunken guy take our picture...creepy. But we won the game 24 to 8!! :o) After the game we walked back to the room, and eventually ordered pizza. We went to Walmart so we could develop some pictures, even though the photo place was closed and we had to go back in the morning. We found some other stuff to buy...and went back...where I fell asleep shortly after..lol!! We woke up once again kinda late on Sunday...got ahold of Julie...and she came and we went to Walmart, and Old Navy, and Borders, and then back to Walmart, and then to Arbys. Then she dropped us off at the bookstore. I bought myself a new pretty red hoodie along with a fun DeKalb t-shirt. Steffie's sister ended up being there, so she came over and met us, and went back to her room with us. It was super good to see her!! I started packing, cuz it was going on 4, and Steffie had to work. So we got me all packed up and I headed out. The drive was pretty good....I got home a little after 8, watched my shows...and then came to find out I left my coat at her place!!! But that's okay...that's why we have the mail system! lol. It was a great weekend, and I'm soooo glad that I felt better on Friday morning so I didn't have to cancel the trip. I wish I could make the trip every weekend!! :) I can't wait till next time.

As for other news...I bought a laptop about 2 weeks ago. I love it, it's sooo much better than my desktop, mostly with the way that the power has been going off in my room....it messed it up soo bad! And of course my dad wouldn't even bother with helping pay for it, since I basically blame him, since he's too fucking lazy to take care of the problem with the power, or pay someone to do it! UGH!! So now I have something that doesn't have to be plugged in all the time, and get ruined by the asshole in my life. So needless to say I've been spoiling myself lately! But dammit I'm worth it. :o) And hey the cell phone, I got $100 off right away, plus I have a $50 rebate to send in. So in the end it's only costing me like $80 for the phone, the car charger, the leather case, hands-free, and an extra home charger! I think it's a good deal. So yes....I think that's about all that I have to tell. :)
