My back seems to be getting a little better, now, and painkillers do help. However does Buffy manage if she gets injured while she's slaying? I know it happens. Don't most vampires fight back? If she's inherited the slaying from me wouldn't I heal quickly, too?
Stress seems to make it worse, and it's complicated to file on a business. I do miss Evan but it's just as well that he went with his Auntie.
I don't think I'd feel well enough to take care of a child again yet, even with the pain-killers, but he was very good about going to get things for me when I was tired.
I must remember to go to see Xander about that table. I don't believe he has room for a conference-table in that basement. It has to be a small one - and cats' feet might mean a collectors' item.
