Actually, it wasn't so much spare brain cells as brain cells gone idle. It's been a lazy week.
Monday, I finished up grading most of the last of the community college grading and sent out a few eleventh hour emails. Tuesday morning I finished the very last of it and got the community college grades submitted, ending Battle Fall Semester 2011, thank goodness.
Since then, I've been doing a little prep for spring at the community college, fixed some spyware on my dad's computer, poked at spreadsheets with Ginger, talked to Ginger a lot and Ari some, read some novellas, done some knitting, actually finished a knitted object (except for the buttons) (look out for the four horsemen), watched a lot of Criminal Minds, done three grocery runs in two days, hung out with Hope and Andrew and played cards on Andrew's day off on Thursday, and hung out with Hope yesterday.
Life, as they say, is good. And it's Christmas Eve! :)
