For such a short little piece, this was *amazingly* well done! I could feel little Connor's fear and worry and love for Chloe and even Oliver's emotion when he saw a younger-Chloe! I do hope you'll continue this! :)

I got curious and ventured over, if you're still going with the Chloe in a coma idea, perhaps you could go with being overwhelmed with knowledge from Dr. Fate's helmet. Chloe was pregnant with Connor when Oliver went missing. Why she was hyperventilating after he disappeared and Emil was checking her over, making sure her blood pressure was okay and such. After her ordeal with Darkseid and Oliver tracked her down and resuced her, she had Connor and they thought she recovered before she started having headaches. She got progressively worse. When Connor was four they started planning what they would do when her memory started to become affected. Chloe starts forgetting the League work, forgetting their friends. She didn't want Connor to ever see or hear her forget about their family. So she told Oliver, if she ever got to that point, that she should disappear
