Swine flu and randomness, updates, oh my

The kids were unnerved about the swine flu issue today, so I decided to have them read two articles about the situation--one from the local paper, and one from the BBC. 80% of my students are Mexican, and they move routinely between here, Mexico and California. Besides that, they have many family members--sometimes parents and siblings--still living there. Therein I understand their tension.
