Home in Vermont again.
It snowed today- the first time I've seen snow this season. And when it snowed here, it SNOWED...I hear we're supposed to get 3 inches. And the roads are incredibly crappy.
Dinner tonight:
Romaine lettuce, sundried tomatos, and slices of parmesan cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Salmon with fresh lemon juice
Warm crusty onion dill baguette
Dessert:
Vanilla ice cream on top of a large meringue with a chocolate garnish, with strawberry, chocolate, and white chocolate sauces
It's good to be home.
