This was an interesting take on the election from Lincoln Chafee, a former republican senator from RI. I liked what he said about how the republicans divide the nation bitterly with these nasty tactics and by rallying their base *against* the rest of the country and how that makes a divided population. Listen if you can, especially insightful was the bit about Palin's divisive one liners at the convention and the applause they received.
