Put the world down, Atlas...
For the past couple days I've had a chip the size of the world on my shoulder. It wasn't just the literal snowballing of all the work that was due today but a thousand little things that have just been weighing me down.
Some days I feel like I've put the past behind me and others...it just creeps up from that practically invisible corner that I've neatly tucked it away in and it slaps me in the face. A cold and very real reminder that things don't just go away because you want them to.
