It's the story of Dr Horrible (played by the great Neil Patrick Harris) who is a Super villian in training, his arch nemesis is Captain Hammer (Nathan Fillion of Firefly/Serenity fame) in a tragi-comedy made by Joss Whedon (Of Buffy, Firefly, Dollhouse, Astonishing X-men fame) It's 43 minutes split into 3 arcs and can be bought on iTunes, or watched freely on http://www.hulu.com
It's short, but amazingly funny, well acted... and it's a musical, but everything is catchy and well acted.
