Day 25 → Your day, in great detail
I woke up to the dorm phone ringing. The dorm phone never rings & the last time it did, it was some survey. So I picked it up & hung up, but whoever was calling called again, & I really didn't want to answer it, so I just ignored it. The university doesn't even typically call, they send e-mails. So, yeah.
Then my alarm went off, so I got up & checked the university's canceled class list & my school e-mail. Picked out my clothes, took a shower, got dressed, did my hair, & walked across campus to my lit. professor's office to interview her for an article on the snow storm fucking up things for professors. Waited for her. She forgot we were supposed to meet, was stressed out & felt bad, but we tackled it in like 10-15 minutes which is basically all I need. She wasn't as stressed anymore.
Stopped in my adviser's office to schedule an appointment to schedule classes for next semester. Came back to the dorm. Read for a little while. Re-read "Eveline" by James Joyce to refresh it for the Joyce test I have in less than an hour, for the same professor I interviewed. Got online.
Later, I'll have my test, go to the newsroom to meet with the editor about stories for next week, come back, write my article, maybe eat dinner, e-mail the article whenever I finish it to the editor, study for a test tomorrow, watch Lost & White Collar.
