[Hinata knocked on the door before letting herself in. She knew Kakashi more than likely couldn't come to the door, but had still knocked out of courtesy. In her hands she held a couple grocery bags. Kakashi has said he didn't need help, but Hinata still felt as if she should. Hinata peeked her heard around the jounin's door.]

Kakashi-sensei? Are you awake?

[Before the knock, the jounin was already prepared, laying in bed with his eye opened as he sensed someone coming closer, more so out of instinct. His hand initially inched closer to his pouch. But as soon as he recognized the chakra and the soft voice that followed moments after, he immediately relaxed as he answered back.]

[Hinata smiled, and then left the room to go into the kitchen. She went abound to preparing tea and miso soup. Not too long after, she returned to Kakashi's bedroom with the soup, tea, and a glass of water on a tray. She placed it before Kakashi.]

[After Hinata left the room, the jounin stretched out a little before pulling out his book from under the covers. Opening to where he left off, he patiently waited until the girl returned with the tray. He set his book off to the side and quietly thanked her again as he placed the tray onto his lap. When she made her offer, Kakashi remembered some left overs in a small bowl that needed to be eaten and made his request.]

Actually, there was some pickled vegetables left in the frig. Would you mind getting me that as well?

[Hinata scurried into the kitchen, grabbed the vegetables, put them into a new bowl, and then returned to the room with them. She placed them on the tray with a kind smile.]
