Tomorrow I'm going to the Rec center for pretty much the first time. That is sad. But at least I'm going now. I'm gonna go to a Pilates class on Monday, not sure what class to do wednesday...maybe kickboxing, and fitness yoga on thursday. woo! I am on a reduced calorie diet of 1200 calories, so hopefully by, say Valentine's Day I should be back at my recommended weight for someone my height and I'll have some muscles. i think the key to all this, though, is that you don't set an exact weight number. I'm gonna try on some older clothes of mine, see how they fit now, and when they start to fit like I want them, then I'll worry more about maintaining than losing weight. Not alot of weight I wanna lose really, it's more about flatening my tummy and just plain getting in shape.
