An Update
Well it has been a while since I updated my profile so it's long overdue! Mardi Gras season is upon us and there are so many things for a person to do - Theatre, film, Fair Day, Pubs, Dance clubs. Well with my kidney stones I have kept it to a minimum because I am still not feeling 100%. I go into hospital on Monday 26th February for a one day procedure and apparently its non-evasive - in other words, they don't chop me up! I went to Fair Day with my mate Charles (otherwise known as Fluffy) and we had the best day out being very social and dancing and singing and perving! YAY!
I will be missing out on the majority of Bear Essentials events this year because I don't know how I will feel after hospital - hopefully tickets will be available on the day if I feel ok. I have one week off after Mardi Gras and I was supposed to go to Hong Kong but that has been shelved because of Virgin Atlantic not wanting to give me my prize I won with them - only because I dont work alongside them anymore and now work with Jetstar.
Work is going along very well but there are some nasty characters around - they get stressed all too easily and tend to bark for all the wrong reasons. At the moment i just do my job and get out of the place. I come home to a very inviting pool, a bit of laying in the sun and then a nice home cooked meal. last night i cooked Salmon on my bbq - I did myself proud!
I will sign off for now as I have a Banana Bread loaf in the oven that needs to be checked. How domestic am I! I love where I live - I really do.
