Whee. CPW. My prefrosh showed up this morning but I only met up with her an hour ago. She seems nice; from New Jersey, possible course 5 (though she did mention the possibility of 15...). She's off now wandering around with another prefrosh from her high school.
The giant hammock should go up tonight. We were up until 6 this morning working on it. All that needs to be done now is to finish the bracing on the west parallel, and cinch up the hammock. It shouldn't take too long. Come by and check it out once it's up. Who doesn't want to play on a 12'x20' hammock suspended between the two EC parallels? The other project to be worked on this weekend the the CD disco ball. CDs reflect light in much cooler ways that just normal mirrors, and in Vinay's room, it does particularly trippy things. Glowy and shiny on 2E. : )
Many other neat things going on this weekend. Come by East Campus and there's sure to be something cool.
