Halfway through. Was going to power through all of it, until I actually did the math on how much green nutritious goodness 100mg of broccoli actually is (hint: not much). So, for the calories and sugar content, it's not worth it. Still, for what the initial drinking of it represents, I still count this as a win.
I've been working for the past six weeks or so to try and get over my vegetable thing. I'm nowhere near salads yet, but I've pretty much done away with the gag reflex when it comes to perfectly blended things, and its a slightly smaller deal each time I try it. Also getting something in once or twice a week, instead of once every two months or so.
Over the holidays, my goal is to try the following things:
-Garlic-Maple Cauliflower Soup (totally blended)
-acorn squash
-three green smoothies (homemade, with actual nutritional content) per week
-continue to nurture my budding relationship with broccoli
Other stuff to discuss and report, but I'm doing this from my phone, and it is already aggravating to have typed this much. So, stay tuned. Ta!
