"So why doesn't anyone in the village like Ashura? He seems like a nice enough kid (he's 19 right?). And how old is Sarian? Why does Sarian hate Ashura so much? What has Ashura ever done to Sarian? Maybe he's jealous of Ashura?
And.....oh no!!!!! He found the vined beast!!!!! That can only mean trouble! I hope the Chief doesn't believe him! I hope they don't try to burn downt he plant!

Lisa - Woohie. I must have tried to explain most of those questions countless of times. ;w;'
Ashura's mother was, well... a bit odd. She was too different for anyone in the village to relate to as it was, and so, when he became preggers with Ashura and wouldn't tell anyone who the father was, it created a huge scandal 'cause no one knew C'rem was around. No had any clue who the father could be, and having a kid without two parents like that is extremely looked down upon in his little, close-minded village. So, but that with Liliam's odd personality and the craziness she developed later in age when she became a ill, and you have a whole village who thinks she's mentally insanse. Even though Ashura knew she wasn't really crazy, and even though he himself has never shown any signs of being so, the village see him as a huge stain. They are close-minded and terrible people who don't know any better. They really don't have a good reason to hate him, and neither does Sarian. They just do.
With Sarian, though, I think he's just a huge bully he gets a kick outta picking on the weak. His pefect victim, then, would be Ashura since he can do nothing to stand up for himself.
I'm not too sure how old Sarian is, but I imagine he's either the same age or a year or so older.

I hope Ashura is ready... what with all he said/thought of in the last chapter. What with all the people he loved and all the people who cares for him or he has cared for all gone. and now... the only last remaining thing, that has 'always been there for him' being his physical anchor for sanity and calm-mindedness. the main being that was the semblance of normalcy in his weirded out village where all shunned him... Now. that said plant is gonna be gone... What's gonna happen now?
What's gonna happen to Ashura? Will he be okay? Mentally... I hope... He must be... at least. for the story to go on... *sighs*
but still.... the HEART WRENCHING PAIN! the LONELINESS! the SADNESS!!!

Ffft, I'm glad I did Sarian's view well enough. It's hard being an asshat. I don't think I'd react that badly, either, if it were me. Then again, if I saw some cute, young men about to get it on with a tentacle plan, hell, I'd probably stay to watch! XD

There is no real reason why Sarian hates him, it's just that he grew up being told he should and, well, Sarian's mostly just a bully. Ashura is the perfect victim, so he picks on him. And, over the years and years of abuse, he's come to despise Ashura so deeply that he'll do anything to ruin him.
"Although I thoroughly detest Sarian, you did a great job in capture his loathsome point of view. It is sad to think that there are actually people in this world who would be close-minded about the happiness of others, and want to destroy that happiness for their own righteous satisfaction.
I'm not looking forward to the outcome of Sarian's revenge, but I greatly enjoy the plot and your writing. Even when a chapter doesn't have hot tentacle action. ;D" - circe

God, I felt like such a bitch while writing this. I mean, Ashura starts out so happy and stuff, ne? Then everything goes to all hell rather quick, doesn't it?
And then, when I got to the really sad bits, I almost was beginning to feel the desire to cry myself! So I do hope I made at least a couple of you tear up. That was my goal for this chapter. -w-
Fftt, I usally don't listen to music while I write because it distracts me so much (and I just ened up singing along with the songs), but this time I tried to play sad music to get me in the 'sad' mood. Finding sad songs alone wasn't very easy (I'm a very happy person and mostly have nothing but happy music) and, well, none of them really matched... so I ended up giving up on it. xD
I am just not capable of writing while listening. *shakes head* I envy those who can. ;3;
ANYWAY! I'm already half-way through chapter o7, but I won't post it for at least a few days. I want to give you guys time to stew over this chapter before I tell you what happens next. ;w;
